Tim durtschi double bio?

i search bared and couldnt find anything. at the end of his KOS edit does he throw a double bio 10? i only saw it briefly and cant watch it again cause computers fucked out. I would upload it but computers fucked out. so yeah if anyone can elaborate on this it would be much appreciated.

 but rodeo 7 and higher can start to look like bio.
