Tabs covering log in box

so might just be my name or something for some reason but when i come on ns the tabs to go to forums/pics/vids/ etc.  are down further then they are supposed to be covering up the username login spot, and still cover the top part of that orange box.  I got around it by clicking on passward and Shift tab but just thought if others are having this problem might be something to look into.  thanks!

did it fix after you refreshed? if not try clearing your cache and all that fancy stuff
