i like tecnicas alot...I have the Rival X7 and they've never given me any trouble. If you have a narrow foot, I'd probably say lange boots. But It's all on preference I guess. My suggestion would be to go to a ski specific shop and try on boots, because they generally know what they're talking about when they fit you (fit is extremely important). The people in the shop will be able to tell you if the boot fits right, and if you buy it there, they'll probably fix any problems you have with it. If the price in the ski shop is too high, then remember which boot you liked, then buy it somewhere else.
