Well just thought i would add to the pointless threads. I think it looks funny when people afterbang and let there arms completely go loose so the momentum throws there arms all the way around there body and they like punch there selves.... I think we should call it overbang.... anyone got any better names?

Ok, I never get tired of Afterbang threads because honestly it looks completely ridiculous.   Everytime i see someone go out of their way to make it look like they're bored or not nearly even approaching their full potential I just laugh.

I'm going to start a new thing... everytime I land a spin I'm going to reach way down into my pants and grab my junk as I ski away all thug.  Cause you know what???   IT AINT NO THANG!!!

that doesn't make sense at all, afterbang as gay of a word as it is, is forcing your arms to stop the natural momentum. letting them flow w/ the momentum is more natural i.e. delorme and many other fluid skiers. it looks better than afterbang as long as its not flailing.

so its not ok to force them to stop or to let them go? so prebanging every trick is the only option? ridiculous, everyones got their own style, let it be.

There is no such thing as overbang, because ANY form of afterbang is dumb.

Afterbang is the attempt to make up for a shitty trick by forcing the landing. Therefore, it's never a good thing, in any amount.
