think it can be done fosho... dave euler does a sw misty 9 i think ... something like that...if thats possible i think sw misty 5s are possible as well

definitely doable i feel like they dont get thrown often cause theyre hard to make look good. but i do wish they were thrown more

i havent seen anything less than a switch misty 7 I dont know how a switch misty 5 can be accomplished maybe if a video was presented I could be convinced

Im actually pretty sure jon olson threw a sw misty something in one of the  x games, and yes they are totally do able, how is your momentum wrong? the lip of the jump (if its poppy) is already setting you in the rotation.

Noob question:  Is a switch misty 5 set backwards or forwards?  Like do you flip towards the lip or towards the landing

It would run into the same divide by zero error as a forward misty 3, because essentially it is a forward misty 3 with a switch 1 added before. So, no, not really possible. With a misty 3, it would essentially be a 90+cartwheel+revert 90. Most people can't revert in the air (aside from Pep). So, unless you are Pep Fujas, and know how to pretzel in the air by gripping the air molecules, it's not going to happen.

sorry for being a fuck and not reading the thread but im really high and dont care if i say something thats already been said... but i guess i kinda do for apologizing

ANYWAY, switch misty 5s are not possible, cuz on switch mistys you do a switch 180, THEN a misty. so you could do sw. misty 7 but not 5. it would be like doing a regular misty 3; not possible.

id say its doable. momentum would be weird but so is throwing a frontflip to some extent (and for the same reason) all normal jumps with a lip want to throw you back naturally. if your going switch it throws you in the direction you want actually. thats my 2 cents anyway...

Haven't read the whole thead, but lots of people mix switch underflip and switch misty 5, a sw underflip is actually thrown THE EXACT SAME WAY as a misty 5, but riding switch. Still, it is not a sw misty 5.

how could he do both of those in the same trick? I misty is a flip, bio is a off-axis spin.

switch misty 5s are doable. Anyone who says that to do a switch misty you do a sw 1 then a forward misty 5 doesn't know what they are talking about.

well if that would be a switch rodeo then i guess a switch misty 5 wouldnt be possible considering doing a trick switch is the same as doing it forward your just going off the jump backwards.
