Tecnica Agent 80 vs. Tecnica Agent 95

So the boots i have right now are just destroying my shins and feet. looking for a new boot and ive narrowed it down to these two.

i'm 5'10. 145 lbs. advanced skier. ski a quite a bit of park but when there is powder and good terrain ill definitly be skiing that and some more advanced stuff. i really want a comfy boot, that is lightweight and durable.

i went to a boot fitter and he reccomended the 80 but i never tried the 95. i plan on trying them both on on wednesday but i just want some more details.

so any reviews/opinions?

agent 80s were on tramdock today for 150. the difference between 80 and 95 is stiffness. depends if you want them soft or medium stiffness

If price isnt the main issue screw the 80 and the 95 and go for the 110 it is comfy as shit, super dense liner

i have the 80's and they get the job done but step up to the 95 or 110 if you have the cash

This year's 80 and 90 have the same fit (both use Phoenix mold for the shell), but the 90 has a way nicer liner and rubber inserts in the tongue and back of calf that will come in handy for sure.  The 110 is based of the Dragon mold and is a bit narrower than the Phoenix and obviously a bit stiffer.  As always, it comes down to fit.  But if it's between the 80 and 90, go 90- it's will fit and ski better.

well im probably going to buy last years models so there is no 90.

money is sort of an issue but not a huge deal. but if the 80 will do good enough then id rather get that then spend the extra $100 on the 95 but if the difference is huge then ill get the 95

pros-
its a manly ass boot
its fuckin purple
you cant slay poon in 80 flex boots

cons-
it may nit fit you
a bit pricey
your dick might be too small for it

I have last years 95's (the black ones). They fit me so they are super comfortable. They are stiff enough but still move when you need them to. Mine are finally 100% broken in and i love them. Im never on the lift line or chairlift unbuckling my boots because my feet hurt. Its worth the extra cash.

I rock the new 110's. They are sick. The only problem i had was a narrow toe box, but it was because my foot is kinda club shaped (narrow in the heel and gradually gets wider at the toes) and so i got the toe box blown out a tiny bit by someone at my shop and now they are perfect.

if your a good skier, and you care about performance and a good amount of comfort, and you're not just sitting in the park all day, dont get anything less than a 95, and honestly you should go higher than that.

i threw on come lange comp pros in my shop for shits in giggles this one time. i thought it was going to be soooooo stiff

i ended up like flexing it to the point where i thought i was going to ruin the boot.

im on agent 110's and i can flex them well, i dont really need anything as stiff as a 130 but i could handle it. Im 5'10 170lbs

I'm 145lbs and ski on Dragon 100's and I like the flex. They could be a little stiffer but that might make landing jumps painful. Go with the 95s.

I like my boots at 80 unless I'm hitting jumps. then i borrow my friends spk pros and make him mad when i tear up the leather
