in light of rising noob levels i am hereby calling for the revival of the famed "Ban All Noobs" campaign we all remember (at least some of us) from years past. joining up is simple. place the "Ban All Noobs" slogan in your signature and vilify the new guy whenever possible.

this is not a hostile campaign, we merely seek to instill an understanding of the privilege of NS in the younger (join date wise) members of our community to bring about a new age in both the NSG and SG.

that is all.

if you think for a second that any troll thread you've made was remotely funny, your painfully mistaken. Laughs in the "Legitfuckingthread sparksnotes:something was laced" thread were laughs of pity at your ridiculous noob behavior, I feel sorry that your as much of a noob and an outcast as you are

im not one that should be a supporter of this thread for i myself havent been here for year like many of you.
but come on.
like everyone was nooby at some moment.
if you choose to ban people at the slightest sign of noobery then where will we get our laughs?
all the threads will be like dead serious.
and after a while the noobs that you ban could've one day become a contributor of ns.
maybe eventually posting there own facepalms, and shops of photos that were funny to begin with.
anyways just thought something needed to be said

they shouldnt be banned.

I been here a year or less. my karma shows I am not retarded.  I only point that out to show validity in my post. Of course my homework is begging that i am banned, but dont worry about that.

So idk how many of you are familiar with runescape (I quit when pking got deleted for the record at the healthy age of 16, lol). Anyways runescape has a genius method of stopping noobs, or at least attempting to. In the game they make this island called tutorial island that all new accounts must pass through doing certain things and being introduced to the game before they can use their account. this serves a dual purpose. first is that it is laborious and thus it makes creating new accounts/ aliases difficult, because people need to work for their accounts. This would discourage aliases, and introduce new members to the site. I don't know exactly what laborious task we could make new members do that would introduce them to the site.

Also perhaps we could make an time minimum spent on ns before an account can post, maybe a week, or time spent acctually on the site.

We need to take a precautionary steps, because the type of kid that needs to be deleted is the same type of kid that will create aliases/troll, so we need to make it more difficult to create accounts.

Brilliant. I think the minimum time spent on here before being allowed to post should be measured in hours online, instead of amount of days total. It would probably be more effective because if you measured it in days people would be able to stay offline for a week, and then get on and make a stupid post, yes?

although i dont believe this thread is stupid, because it brings out some good points, and obviously the OP wanted a change.

if only there was someone to just watch individual new members, and filter them out until its only noobs.
then send them a message saying "hey, stop being a noob" and there name would be like awsome color so noobs would be like "oh no, opviously this person is different from regular members." MAYBE ITS TODD WALLNUTz!!?!?!?!!!?!!!1!!1!!!11ONE!1!!"
and then they would stop or somthing
