It depends on both the girl and the piercing

I think that a stud, whether a small diamond or metal ball is sooo hot on some girls (including my lastest pursuit actually), but some just look out of place. For whatever reason I find any other nose piercing than a stud unattractive, and mutiple nose piercings is a straight turnoff

i really like a small stud. some girls look very VERY sexy with it. as mentioned above , my latest pursuit also has one. but as far as slutty goes, it all depends on the girl and how she acts and how she dresses. sometimes a stud even looks innocent

it really depends on the girl.

i know one that works in a hammock shop and looks totally fine on her.  she is still amazing with or without it.

if nose rings make girls look slutty then a lot of ppl are in trouble. I feel like 60% of girls these days have nose rings/studs. I even know a couple adult women who have recently gotten them

personally i kept losing my fucking studs while partying... so after the third time my hole closed up i just gave up on the idea all together.

haha yeah i guess the solution would be to always have a couple handy, i just never thought of this. And its always kind of awkward to walk around going hey have you seen a nose ring? i lost mine.

another reason i just gave up on it was because pretty soon in life ill be doing job interviews and whatnot and its like 60 bucks to get it re pierced every time.
