Replying to An idea to reduce toe bang

Deletedtoday:
So after hucking a small cliff today I got a very unpleasant pain in my toes. I pulled a brain buster and forgot to buckle the bottom two buckles causing my foot to jam up against my boots. I know that right fitting boots will stop toe bang but this was a fluke.

After that i started think about ways to reduce the pain when your toe/toe nail hits the boot and thought of this.

Having a normal ski sock (thin but thinker at the shin and more support on the ankle) but when i looked at the tow i noticed it thiner that most normal cotton socks. My Idea was first making the toe as this as the shin but then thought that wouldn't do much, so then i thought adding a type of firm memory foam.

there would by a thin and firm layer of memory (or any material like that) foam sewed around the 3 points where feet would touch the boot. Big toe would have the thickest, middle would be semi thin, and the small side (little toes) would have a thin layer.

Well is this a good idea or am i just crazy?

Sorry for any grammatical errors ive been running on low sleep for a while.
