How do i get my snow faster?

k, so last night it snowed about 2 in
and just a second ago i tried it out and it was a bit sticky
so, how do you make snow faster?
i tried packing it down, and  just skiing it a bunch,

salt it with like driveway salt
it will melt then freeze it and cause it to be faster

also wax your skis. And if you really want to get good speed wax them for the snow temperature.
