Help!! (mac tech experts!)

So i logged out of my account, logged back in that very second to find that all my music, photos, movies, documents you name it GONE! Is there anyway i can get anything back or transfer my music from my ipod back to itunes? Pretty pissed +k for help

are you sure you logged into the right account? and i am sur eyou can get your ipod music back onto it. did you try just hooking it up yet?

You could try booting in safe mode to see if it shows up. Then buy an external hard drive.

do you have a local mac store. don't they have the place in the store where you can take your mac and problem solve with it there?

i'm pretty unclear on what the problem is here? your username on your computer itself or your itunes store account or what? anyways, did you try looking around in finder not just itunes for your itunes library somewhere?

haha my bad but i lost everything all my iphoto photos, i movie movie etc it seems like my harddrive crashed

if your hard drive crashed you likely wouldn't be able to boot up your OS since that is where the OS is installed.

Is this on snow leopard and did you/do you have a guest account on your machine? http://www.boygeniusreport.com/2009/10/12/reports-snow-leopard-randomly-deleting-user-data/

Otherwise, your data is probably on your drive. Run DiskWarrior 4 and see if it will recover your files. Deleting on OS X isn't wiping.
