Lost ski in VD cutes

I lost 1 prophet 130 (06-07) up in VD cutes last weekend. Its got a black and orange pivot14 binding on it.
If anyone finds it id gladly hook you up with some dope & brew

That blows bud. I lost a ski half way up the cliffs on fraggle last season. Managed to get it back a day later but I can sympathize.

Prophet 130, ouch.  I lost a ski in 50cms of fresh once at Kicking Horse. 

First run, too. 

I wanted to commit suicide as I spent over 2 hours looking for it on a 45-deg pitch in hip deep.

That is the definition of skier hell. 

Everyone else going down was hooting and hollering.

Found it near hour #3 when a dude like 120m down creamed my ski.  It'd actually slid under the snow...literally impossible to find. 

I had hand packed a football field at that point.

Sucked large, but I got the ski.

Good luck, dood.

Wow, I feel for you man.

How deep was it in VD? I'm surprised if that much snow fell over in there, but then again there's usually a ton in there.


Hopefully you can find it. Don't give up.

it has snowed hundred of centimeters this week man.  Your best bet is a metal detector.  I think you can get them cheap at Walmart.  Or wait for spring.

Dude that blows. Didn't see anything in the VDs this past weekend but so much snow has fallen. Will keep your ski in mind if I see or hear of anything.
