Ok newschoolers I have never asked you for anything, but there is a boy named Hank and he is dying from cystinosis which is a rare disease that only affects 500 people in the nation. Because Cystinosis is such a rare disease that affects such a small population, research money is scarce to nonexistent. So my local ski resort set up a 24 hour ski event to raise money for research. I am participating in it on Jan 22-23. However, this is not why I come to you NS, 24 Hours for Hank has been chosen by Team Astana (Lance Armstrong's cycling team at the Tour de France) to receive support for our upcoming event, 24 Hours of Schweitzer.
