well do you know that you need to roll the metal to curve it then weld it to another curved piece, and then get an exact copy of that and put a foot in between them with some plastic or metal on top and BAM

if u want to save some money for the covering use puckboard 1/2 inch is best puckboard is the stuff they use on the boards at hockey arenas as well as in the park at whistler it slides great and is about 90 $ fora 4x8 sheet compared to teflon which also works but costs lots more u can get it froma plastic suppplier there ofund in the yellowpages we put together a park for our mtn and this stuff worked out great

if you make it you might as well go for an S Rollercoaster box like mammoths, i think that would be all around smoother but alot harder to make, put some sick camo for the graphics too
