i really dont know what size of skis to get i think i will be like 5'11 by next year and like 140 lbs so should i go 170 volkl v pros or like 175 tm? sorry for asking i know i sound dumb but...

wow man, you're skinny.. or maybe i just have too much weight on me. who knows. anyway, 175 tm sounds good... since ur 5'11' id definitely go with the bigger of those skis.

and now i see that the cronics are like 177 but i am scurred because i dont want to be out of control on them, do you think i would be?

i'm 5'8 and looking on getting something around 180, maybe 182 1260s from this season, cheaper that way, i ski on 171s now, i'm pretty sure you'll be able to handle something in the 170 range

you'd be able to handle a 177, there isn't a large amount of difference between a 175 and a 177, maybe 1 to 2 inches...my next set of skis will be somewhere in teh 180 range and i'm 6'0'
If you ever catch on fire, don't look in the mirror, cause I bet that would really throw you into a panic!

dude, im like 5'8' and i ski on 175 TM's and i can handle them fine. I weigh a little more than you though.

Id definetely go bigger. 175+. I'm 5'8' and ride 179 pistols and 177 1080s. Mind you I've got pounds on you, but I'm sure with your height you can handle a longer ski.
