Replying to Problems with oakley

i just skied my pair of oakley pants i bought a little while ago, about exactly a year. its maybe my 30th time skiing them. theyre last years yellow tanner hall pants i think, the ones that cost $250, so im pretty pissed. i was just wait in line after my first run and someone tell me i have a giant rip in my pants and the thinsulate is falliing out. what should i do? is their anything oakely can do about it? any way to sew it back?
