i have a pair of 08/09 moment reno rockers size 181. comes with bindings they are markers. one of the break is broken. mounted for a 28.5/29 spk koas boots. the skis are about 8/10 condition usual top sheet chips. the bases are in excellent condition. the skis have been mounted 3 times total

if they break then moment will give you a new pair.
idk im sure if you bought the skis then they would replace them. i think you have to send the skis back in.

Moment Ski Manufacturing, Inc. ("Moment") warrants the original retail purchaser that Moment skis are free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) years from the date of purchase. If the Moment Skis are found to be defective, in the judgment of Moment, in it's sole discretion, Moment's only responsibility and obligation shall be to repair or replace the defective Moment Skis. This warranty is subject to the following limitations:
1. The warranty applies only to Moment Skis purchased from authorized ski dealers or MomentSkis.com.
2. This warranty is not transferable, and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. All warranty claims must be accompanied by a proof of purchase, which clearly identifies the dealer.

4. Excluded from coverage under this warranty are the following:
A. Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
B. Damage that is impact related, including damage from rocks and other obstacles such as but not

D. Damage to the top of the skis caused by the bindings or other foreign material.
E. Damage caused by use of solvents.
F. Minor or cosmetic cracks or chips in the top sheet.
G. Normal wear and tear.
5. This warranty is void if any modification, change, or alteration has been made to the Moment Skis that are not specifically approved in writing by Moment.
6. Repaired or replaced Moment Skis are covered for the remainder of the original warranty only.
All warranties implied under any applicable law, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly disclaimed. All warranties, written, oral, or implied, are expressly limited to the period and term of this warranty. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any and all other warranties of any nature. The laws of some regions require different or longer terms for warranties, or prohibit certain disclaimers or limitations of warranties. but mounted 3 times is pretty much the end of them...
and u said 28.5/29 shell size? does salomon size their boots that way? i could've sworn they go by full sizes (i.e. 28=28.5 shell, not 28.5-29 shell). just curious... i know the bindings adjust and whatev but i just thought it was funny you put 2 diff shell sizes for the mount...

yea yea my bad i didnt know the facts. but i return my other moments and they repplaced it.
yea i guess it does. on the bottom it says 28.5/29.
for 190 + shipp ill include a custom tall hoodie also
