Helmet sizing

im looking to get either a bern baker or poc receptor
im going to be wearing my beanie and goggles under my helmet so what size would i need for both if my head is 56cm?

i searched and found nothing

by the way. If I were you I would go large bern baker and you could take out the knit lining and wear a hat.

I have a Bern Baker in a large. My head is about 52cm, and it fits well with all the pads (except ears) and a slightly saggy beanie under it. So if you wear a tight fitting beanie under, the Large would probably be fine. But the best thing to do is just go to a store and try it on, or lots of different helmets to get an idea for size.
