Anyone else dissappointed in the easts weather this year?

Michigan is showing some promise. We might have snow by December.

It snowed as early as October 11th in areas in the LP, nothing stuck. Places are opening up in the U.P. of Michigan (for us people in the LP thats like a 5-13 hour drive) on the 20th.

We had a big cold blast through like October. People were getting their boats out of their slips and winterized left and right real early this year. Then...just like that things got warm and we were back in the 50's and 60's for 2 more weeks. Now we're kinda going down the dip where for the next 2 weeks it looks like we have a nice cold air mass moving in dropping temps by about 1-2 degrees a day.

Studying weather is cool. You can try and predict shit.

This winter is SO BEAT (so far).

Ya I am hoping nubs is open by christmas and I think a lot of us are going to boyne december 18 for the 6 for 1 deal, so hopefully we have snow!

i know! dude this is terrible, last year this times we were set up nicely and then we get this shit. Well luckily it is still early in the season and there is plenty of time for it to get cold.

I can't wait till the snow starts flying, bring it on!

what i'm trying to figure out is what 7 springs will do about the rome pre-jibulation this weekend...even though it's for snowboarders, i'm still interested caz i doubt there will be any snow. do they have turf or anything? anyone know?

every one on the east needs to chill, the weather is always like this. the snow will come in about 2nd week of demeber here in southern N.Y thats what happended last year.

bristol mountain is supposed to be open by thanksgiving.
the 15 day forecast says that its full blown fucking sumer in november.

on a scale of 1 to "east coast weather needs to man the fuck up and dump four feet of fresh every five days for the rest of the winter"    like over nine thousand.

honestly i don't see how bristol will be able to open that soon.

Has bristol even been making snow yet? forcast shows night temps jumping between 28 and 42, nothing consistant

 I would love it if they did but my hopes and dreams for november skiing  are being painfully crushed (sad face)

Anyone bitching about the East Coast needs to come and live in the UK during winter.

Seriously, its so depressing having to wait until uni holidays to ski, and having no snow before or after.

But then again, those 5 weeks are the best of the year.
