Someone keeps leaving logs in the bowl...

So I just went to take a peaceful tinkle and I walk into my dorm bathroom and the toilet was fully loaded. Nearly gagging, I get out of there ASAP and go to the toilet across from me and what the fuck? It was shit-filled too. I obviously had to use one of them anyways, so I manned up and flushed that lazy person's job. Not as bad as I thought, it wasn't smelly. So I proceeded. Then for some reason the smell hit me like a hammer while in mid-stream. Why it kicked in then I don't know, but it wasn't a good time. That kinda rattled me.

The reason I bring this up is because it's not an isolated incident. I have had this happen close to a dozen times over the last couple months, though usually it's just a single ugly toilet, not two. How would someone not notice that their smelly poop wasn't flushed? Like is this a common thing? I think it might be the strange kid with the hair thing like Obi Wan had in episode 1... But in two different toilets? Some people are nasty.

Well that's kinda what I was asking. I was asking if it was normal or not, and it seems like it is. So maybe it's not the strange star wars kid.
