Business Leadership and Managament Activity HELP!!

So for my IB Business class tomorrow, we are presenting the chapter on Leadership and Management.

On of the things you have to do is create an activity for the class to do that teaches management and leadership.

Any ideas what I could do?

What we did in our leadership class was get in teams of 3 then blind fold one person on each team. Each team then has a type of candy (starburst, smarties, tootsie rolls etc) that the blindfolded person has to find. Put obstacles in the room and if the person runs into them the team has to throw all their candy back in and start over. It teaches teamwork/leadership. The blindfolded person cant talk and takes direction from their team. First team to find all their candy wins. hope that helps
