wanted to get the kung fujas and marker schizo bindings deal on getboards, does anyone have some feedback on schizos?? as a park AND backcountry binding

thats dumb to pay that much. you could easily just buy a nice pair of park skis centered and a nice pow ski backmounted for that price

i think it's a solid deal, i ski trees and park in one run, the kung fu's can handle that easy. i doubt i could get two pairs of skis and bindings for much cheaper

don't mess with schizos. eventually you wont care where they are and just ski.
1) get normal bindings.
2) mount them somewhere between center and standard
3) don't ever have to mess with them again

its all about the disorderlys with the jester bindings, pretty much what im saying is, if youre gonna pay the extra money for the schizo, you might just want to get the jesters, but if youre gonna get a legit deal, i guess send it

Yeah i would say leave these bindings alone, sounds like a gimick to me, but thats jsut an opinion

schizo=death. i wouldn't trust this binding at all. demoed afterbangs last year with jester demos on them and the toe piece slid forward. sketch.

so in that same run, ur going to take ur skis off, adjust the bindings after u go into the park, and then when ur done in the park ur gunna take ur skis off again, and adjust the bindings for the next run? if u think about it, and u do this every run that takes mad long, and if i was skiing with u it would sorta piss me off to wait so long, just get some griffons mount them -2 from true center

Alright man this will be the exact same setup I will be running this year. With the Schizo From what I heard from the rep and guys on here is that there were some demos out on hood last year and they really liked them. They were solid and no problems. I'm a lil nervous to run a new binding on my new Kung fujas but it's the chance you take ya know. I figured for the most part I will be sking at home in michigan with maybe a few trips west so for me this binding might be a great buy or could completely screw up my new skis. I'm takin the chance. and well the kung fujas are just flat out an amazing ski every year! Let me know what you decide to do
