How to you take off your ski?

im pretty sure its already been brought up but i couldnt find the thread. how do you guys take off your skis? do you click them out with your poles or do one with your ski and the other with your boot? i take them off with my skis because its so much faster. only thing is it fucks up the top of your binding a little

depends on my bindings. my AT bindings are plastic so I'm careful with them and use my poles.but park skis I use my skis and boot because it is much easier

ski, then boot can major mess with your bases and edges... but i do it anyways because its fast

i don't believe that clicking out of your skis using your base is any worst than shredding rails on them...

If I have poles I'll use either method depending on how lazy I'm feeling. If I don't have poles, I obviously use my boot/ski to unclick

i use my hand sometimes, only because i have the giant dildoes. otherwise i use my ski/boot.

I either use poles or step on the bindings with my ski then boot. It all depends on what skis I'm on that day.

I ski to the bottom of the run, where my shoes are placed outside the chalet, and then just unbuckle by boots and hop in my shoes

haha i saw that happened to someone funniest thing ive seen then a noob hitting this 45 footer and flipping to his head. i use my poles. i have deep gashes in my bases from the ski to boot method. i have griffons btw

I've actually done that before, but a 5'4'' 119lb kid riding a DIN of 6 trying to butter chronics won't end in many other outcomes. You could also try the Sean Kennedy method if you've seen the video, which I'm now calling how to correctly double eject a newschooler.

Sometimes I just sit down and take them off with my hands, but the pole method is usually my choice. Did anybody ever think how ridiculous this conversation would sound  to a non-skier? Only on NS would kids talk about how they remove their skis.

usually both poles but sometimes pole then boot...just got new chronics so ill probably use both poles

I generally use the pole method, my only problem with that is sometimes if I go too fast or when the binding goes down my pole slips out of the notch and dings the top sheet which I hate.

i have fks so using your pole fucks up your binding and using your ski has a tendency to kick the turntable to the side which gets annoying so ya hands are really the best

i dont have a set way usually it is ski then boot

Really i just do the ski to boot. I don't really care if I scratch my bindings or not. I need to change them, but i'm waiting for them to break.

my bindings are to stiff to use my pole...all i do is bend my pole. ski, then boot all the way

i usually used my skies but they were shitty, now that i have good skies and marker bindings im going to use my poles
