Ok, never had to make one of these and I hope I never have to again. around the 22 or 23 of October saucey said he had sent my goggles out, still have not received them. I have sent him a few messages but he hasn't been on NS since Nov. 5. I really doubt this guy is screwing me over he seemed like a genuinely nice kid and has plenty of positive feedback, i was hoping somebody maybe knew him and could talk to him and get me some info on where my goggles are, loon is almost open and i want my EG2's soooo badly.

ok, i have contacted him again and if i dont get my money or my goggles im going to contact his parents (already have the number) and im going to get in contact with the police, plus i ski SR quite a bit and i have friends there so hopefully we will be able to get this facker.

defintely a scam. i buy shit on ebay half way around the world. not high priotity shipping or anything and i live in a tiny town. takes three weeks at most for it to arrive.  someone needs to give this fucking little shithead an asskicking

Yo guys need to compile a list of all the money this dude has stolen and all important correspondence, hit up his parents and e-mail it to them.

If that doesn't work hit up the local cops in his area and email it to them.

If that doesn't work NS should put up on a lawyer and email it to them.

If this shit gets stomped out when it happens it won't happen again.

DO NOT SEND BEFORE PAYMENT. thats a gneral bad idea, and the only reason that you may send before payment is if you have a low karma, new member status or bad rep and are selling to someone who is well known. the way to prevent getting scammed like this is to use paypal, and if things are getting sketchy after a month after paying, file a claim and cancel the deal. tracking numbers also cost a couple or dollars supposedly, so many sellers don't feel like spending the extra cash for the buyers sake.
