Ski Expo - Boston/Denver/Minnesota

Wondering if anyone has been to one of these expos put on by BEWI Productions

Tickets are only $12 and theres a decent size list of vendors but im wondering if its worth visiting this place for some free swag/interesting exhibits

Since I can't ski right now thanks to a broken collarbone I have nothing to do on the weekends.
So yeah, I've been wondering the same thing.  Is it worth the time/money, or will I see a lot of things like "The Skiers Edge" and other worthless crap?

I went to the Boston Ski Expo last year...it was alright. You can get tons of free stickers from random mountains and vendors, and lots of free useless junk. There are some ski companies there with products, and at the Boston one there was an area where they were selling outerwear etc. from last season. I would say if you have nothing else to do, then definitely go check it out

Thanks the one in Boston is the one i'll be hittin up cause i live right in Newburyport...hopefully theres some cool shit from last year sellin at a decent price

I heard there were freestlye guys on trampolines..i just hope its not gay aerobatic shit like in the olympics

i go to the boston one every year and its usually a pretty good time, kind of the unofficial start to ski season out here in the east. the guys on tramps do the arials and shit which is cool to check out for a little bit. the sale in the back part of the show is always legit, lots of good stuff there. last year they had a mini skate park/dry slope type thing for skiers that kids were sessioning
