Well, earlier this winter, my digital video camera fell out of my bag when i was riding at snowmass. there is a very specific region where i lost it, yet the snow was so deep there was no way i could find it.
Here's the deal, Start from the top of Elk Camp. Ski down beneath the lift for a few hundred yards. then cut in to your left where there's a large wooden wall/fence. leading you through the woods for a short amount of time which will bring you to Bear Bottom.
Somewhere from where you cut off Grey Wolf (under the lift) to Bear Bottom, in those glades, i dropped a thousand dollar dv setup. if it's warmed up out there. the snow is going to melt around it and i'll stick out quite a bit.
If you're up for it, go look for it, and if you find it i may toss you some cash for the broken thing. it's kind of like a treasure hunt.

because i live in michigan. and the circuits will be fucked from moisture. so it'll need repair. and without the warranty info, that i have, it cost more than its worth to fix.

i would pick up a camera in the snow. found an altimeter watch last year. one of those super super nice expensive ones. after awhile we found it was just a spoof one but still had all the right working functions.

lost it first week of jan. shouldn't work now. someone who lives out there, go find it. please. it'll be so sweet. since it landed in pow, when it thaws, there's going to be packed snow beneath from the impact. leaving a camera sittin on top
