my resort they do it do get hired but you know its coming so its easy to pass.. then if you mess up or piss someone off the do so that A. they have a reason to fire your if a superior just doesnt like you.
B make you pay for something you broke.. insurance covers shit if it "just happends" but they test you and if you fail then you become laible.
abd C much like b, if you get hurt because if you fail then they are not responsible for paying for your medical bills/workmans comp.
but yeah. unless its a mouth swab that is on the spot that is rarely done. they hand you a paper saying where to go for it and u usually have 24-48 hours to do it and thats usually enough time to figure a way to cheat it
