Ortovox M2 beacon, new in box

my roomate is selling his beacon for rent monies, thought id help him out.  was bought last may as a graduation present, never used, still in the box.  Cheapest we could find online is $310, he's looking for $260 shipped.

are you kidding me? I have my beacon on me when i'm in the park. You never know when a train of gapers might crash into and bury you alive. How are your buddies going to find you if you don't have your beacon on?
