Helmets are now mandatory within Mount St. Louis Moonstone terrain
parks. This includes the junkyard and outback. I'm not against the
idea, because their insurance rates will decrease. This means they can
invest the money elsewhere, such as the terrain parks. Although it was
nice to have the choice.
