i recently was outside in super cold weather taking some photos, then when i came inside, all of my camera had huge amounts of condensation in it. The sensor and mirror in the body have seemed to dry but my lense is still fogged inside. should i just leave it all to dry or is there anything i should do specifically.

NEVER bring gear straight inside from cold weather. You should put the camera in a camera bag outside, then bring it inside and let it sit for at least an hour so it can gradually acclimate.
Let the lens sit for a while, it should dry out, but it may take some time.

Ya, that's bad news bears. Definitely listen to horner in putting your stuff in the bag and letting it acclimate. You should be good though, there's not much you can do now but let it sit and dry out. Hopefully all goes well.

Put it in a container or dry white rice for a few days.
