Ordered the radar jacket over the weekend and it arrives and i notice it doesn't have wrist gaiters like their website says, i emailed them saying i was kinda pissed about it (when i go to europe i ski pow and i HATE getting snow up my sleeve) as it was one of the reasons i bought the jacket over other ones. Anyways, they apologise, say they'll change the info and ask me for my shipping address so they can send me a free beanie to say sorry! Sweet customer service!!!
