So this is getting a little old to me. Come on AT&T, strike back. Maybe Verizon knows they can't compete with the iPhone do they feel they must attack it. I dunno.

The map they are using it not even a true map.

hahahaha those are hilarious. I have a droid and it is pretty dope. I live in central new york and have yet to hit a spot that doesn't have 3G.

The map is real.  It is the 3G coverage map.  If you read the fine print on the add it clearly says that you can still get voice and data outside of the 3G coverage zone, but you won't get 3G speeds. It is because of people like you that Verizon is getting sued.

God damn for real.  People are just so fucking stupid and don't pay attention to anything.  it's not like a lot of those areas even matter, fuck, a bunch of them are probably barely inhabited anyway, like some of the midwest ones.  all major areas get 3g for the most part on AT&T.  I've never needed it and not had it.

I pulled that out of my ass, but seriously, if you think the areas in blue are in only areas "settled down" then you are misguided.

People want technology everywhere......not in 27 select greater metro markets.

No that map is without a doubt exaggerated, considering they say they have 5x as much 3g coverage, but the maps show like 10 or 20 times as much.

Then why does it not show 3G in Sun Valley where I get 3G. Pocatello Idaho has 3G also and it does not show on the map that Verizon shows.

its way fucking different up in canada.
especially because you need to be with rogers to even use an iphone

but as for 3g, i honestly don't find that big a difference in connection speed whether im in a 3g zone or not. everyones all up in their pants about ITS NOT EVEN 3G WTF AM I SUPPOSED TO DO I CAN BARELY BREATH |AW FUCK

its connecting to a fucking satellite as louis ck would say. give it a second for christ sake.

10 to 20 is a pretty rough estimate man. Anyways, just look at the maps, it looks like way more blu than red, its because there are tons of tiny gaps in the blue and tiny dots that would be in the red that they decide would make them look bad.

Maybe you don't know when you are really on 3G or not...because according to AT&T there is no 3G coverage in Sun Valley nor Pocatello.
