If it's just for short clips then just use Windows Movie Maker 2. The only people who say it's shit are the ones who have no skills whatsoever and just use Premier for stock effects. I used WMM before PRemier and the stuff I did with it looks a whole lot better than a lot of stuff I see done in Premier.

if you want to use an easy but effective editing proggie use pinnicale studio 7.8 or 9 if you wat to get more seious use adobe premier.
