Line Motherships

I have a pair of Seth Pistols and for a powder ski they work pretty well in the park. How do Motherships work in the park? My bro is looking at a pair.

Maybe wait until the Mothership Flite comes out? They're going to be a super light ski with some more park-friendly features.

I have them and love 'em. They are superstable on landings and give a great base for grinding. Tell him to get them.

Do some fukiing research. The pocket rocket is lighter than the motherships because of the foam core.

moships rock i have pair rock in powder, for carving and park and rails, once you are used to them you will love them get them now!!!

I';ve never ridden them but when I skied with Mike Nick his seemed ultra floppy, I don't know if this is how soft they usually are, or if his were just really brocken in.

ive got 182 motherships and weight isnt a problem my 169 pe's are heavier, they are good in the park and powder, but they suck in the bumps, but for the most part they are a great ski

mike wilson was doing corked 9's in the pipe durring the US open qualifiers with next years 182 mothership so they arn't that heavy you just have to learn how to spin with more swing weight then a jib ski. he also said that the flights are going to super light compaired to the titanium, more for people who love park as much as pow. also they have 2mm x 2mm edges from 1mm x 1mm for better durablity. they also made the topsheet more of a side wall/cap design basicly putting more fiberglass over the edges for more control. I rode the pocketrockets yesterday in some fresh pow on whistler peak and they rode like a dream but i'm not about to buy another foam core ski.

i'm going to drop in my 2 cents. I USED to ski pocket rockets. In under 20 days on the hill, they snapped in half. i'll never ski a salomon until they get away from the foam. Wood responds better and lasts longer. And to whoever says they both delam, when i worked at a shop, I never saw a pair of rockets come in delamed. And in the 4 years I've been skiing line, only one pair has delamed, after 2 years of usage, I sent them back and line shipped out a brand new pair. When my rockets broke, salomon took a long ass time and could never answer any questions when I called them. talk about poor customer service. I'll stay with Line any day.
