I ordered a pair of 1080s on April 7 from Mogul Ski Shop/Skier Shop, but they still haven't arrived. My checking account was billed for them soon after. Should I ask them what's up? Oh, and skiershop.com wouldn't recognize my account, I'm not sure about mogulskishop.com.

Definitely call them, although they probably won't do what they say anyway. I've had a real bad experience with them, in fact they still owe me money. Cancelled my order, they said they would refund the credit card and never did.

really? last year when i order they hooked me up, they sent me the wrong shit but they jsut told me to keep it and they sent me the one i wanted. theyalso sent me a ton of stickers. but i heard they were bought out or something so maybe its different people

I ordered the scratchs from them in size 168, i wanted a week and nothin happened, they called me and said that they were back ordered. So i had to get 174 (which was better anyways) but they arrived 3 days after that. Their customoer service is pretty good, just give them an email or call the number.

Try making a post at Powdermag.com forums. Alot of guys there have expernece with teh store and a few guys are sponsored by skiershop so they can get kinda an inside line....

I'm mad at skiershop.com. They owe me money. I ordered, and got no response for a week. I called, they apologized and explained 'backorders and blah blah blah', after a lot of conflict I canceled the order. But they stil sent me the boots, the WRONG boots in the wrong size. So I had to pay 20 dollars in shipping to send them back. It's been almost 3 months, and they still billed me for my order, AND 60 bucks in shipping. I called and complained and they put me on hold for 10 minutes to say 'ok, we see your order, and it says pending, but it appears to have been canceled. Can we call you back in 15 minutes?' ok. I called last thursday......still waiting. Punkass bitches.

Thing is they are a small shop run by skiers for skiers pretty much. They don't have too many people working there and they tend to be on the lazy side as all of us. Go visit their store if your in VT or give them a call. They do their best and are definitely one of the better stores out there now. Tell them you were sent by will and you'll be on their priority list.
