Tricks for getting lenses off of camera

please help, my lens is stuck on my hdr-hc1 and i dont want to force it off but its super tight, any tricks or solutions to get it off?

remove the lense from the camera if you can then try useing one of the rubber grip things that you use to open glass bottles that a closed to tight
