I doubt it. I think the government has more important things to worry about than people drawing on currency and putting pictures online.

if you do do it, you can just go down to the bank and say someone paid you with that said amount bill, and they will take it in, give you a fresh one, and they give it back to the feds to destroy. Its hard for them to catch you in the act
