i guess you should have those down... practice corks enough so that you really know the feeling of when you are about to uncork. it also helps if you have alot of air time, so try and build up the height.
you really just have to throw yourself hard, when you think you're coming out of your cork just tuck again. The first time will feel like you're going to die if you keep going with the rotation, but it gets easier the more you practice it. Good luck dude!
throw cork 7 really hard and grab safety. when you're done the cork 7 pull up on your foot to do another cork 3. this is exactly what I was told and it worked quite well.
I learned double lincolns and over flips. I can double cork, but am no where near the height needed to land on my feet. They aren't that hard to do, just don't open up after the first cork and you automatically do it. I only landed the double over flip about 5 times becasue I had to get tons of air and that is hard without anyone to double bounce you. I want to learn double backs, but they are so scary. I can do standing to backflip and then landing on my back (1.5 flips) but I could never commit to the double.
