760 dollars is not exactly massive credit card debt. to put it into perspective guy I know whose 26 has give or take 22,000 dollars in credit card debt. Don't recommend that though.

Actually its good to have  a credit card if you use it sensibly and pay off the balance when the bill comes.  This will help you build your credit score.  Even if OP makes the minimum payment and pays it off over a year it will build his credit score.  Problems occur when you charge stuff and then wait months before paying any of it back.

You guys all 14 or something? $750 is not that much money on your credit card. you can pay off that amount really quickly in one year. And get this, it'll help your credit score. If you use your credit card and pay off your entire balance every month you actually get a low credit score.

So don't worry, enjoy your new gear and slowly pay that debt off before next season starts.

Don't be too harsh bud :) . I do earn enough money to be able to save about 100$ every week.. I'm not broke, It's not like I'm starving myself to buy fashion accessories..

I'm 22 and before you start hating on someone, you should read the thread.

But since you seem a bit tense my friend, I'll repeat myself: I do have a job and I'll be able to pay this back in a few week without trouble. That's how credit card work buddy.

I don't get all the hate, I posted this caus I was so fucking stoked on this coming season and the wait is making me buy winter stuff... I thought people would get the comic way of this. But I guess not ;) .

I'm not sure how old you are, but your parents must be stacked. If not I just can't see how you'll be able to pay for college and after for a house or something without getting a credit...

As for me, I manage my money well enough. I do know how much I'll make for the upcoming weeks and I do know it will be enough to pay the bills when they'll come.. Including the room I rent, my college fee, my season pass and all the winter stuff I'm buying.

But again, I'm not sure I'm living in the aame world as you do ;) .

I don't know for you, but my interst rate is 2,6%, and only after 2 month; before that: 0. Annnnnnnd those expenses will be paid in less than a month so yeah.. Stop pretending you know my life.
