Salomon Warranty?

i would do that but i bought them online id way rather just contact salomon directly is there a salomon name here on ns?

This is where the awesomeness of getting a deal online falls apart. Many manufacturers will only fill warranties through a shop, which is why there is no contact info on there. If you bought them from a legit online shop they should still be able to process a warranty for you, so they are the first place to go.

exactly, it all depends on the site you purchased the boots from.. what site did you get them from?

sometimes if you know a shop sold the same boot, you take you warrenty there and say you bought it there and lost your receipt....or you offer to pay shipping for them to send it back for you

Good luck with the warranty, I just found out they won't warranty mine.  I sent my boots back less than a year old and the guy told me they denied the claim due to the age of the boot.  I told him they weren't, but he wouldn't do shit.  Pretty lame since I have no way of buying new anytime soon

Whats wrong with your guys boots? if it is by any chance the SPK and it is the internal lace that blew out on you then many of the snowboard laces that they should have extras at the shop should work for you. Ive also had the booster strap blow out on them before and i just had it re-riveted with a new washer . I have also had the spoiler at the back blow out on me and was able to get a new set shipped in by the shop who said one of their sets of boots was missing some.
