Ipod to computer

I know search bar. I just got windows 7 and did a clean install so i lost all my stuff. I tried to do the thing where you show hidden files on your ipod but something is diffrent with windows 7 and i cant find where to do it. Has anybody done this yet with 7?

same thing yesterday for me. get sharepod (google it) its simple just click one buttun whenu got it and it uploads music video and pics to ur computer.
