Hands down my mom, She lets me do anything. Im 13 and she lets  me go out till whatever time, She will buy me booze for me and all my friends, She doesent care if I smoke weed , I havent and if I dont till im 21 she will give me 4k, At 16 she will buy me a car, She buys me playboys , Best mother ever

Ok i know that last post was shitty but my mom is really really caring I live in whistler and I fucking love football ,Whistler has no team I use to play for squamish but they have no team so now i play in the city 4 times a week 1 hour and 30 mins to get there 1 hour 30 mins to get back.  Those other things were just things that i could do but i dont. 16 she will buy me a car 21 she will give me 4 k if i dont smoke anything. She feeds me everyday my dad doesent pay child support and my mom still maneges me. Im fuking hormonal as shit right now and she still is  the besssst mother ever. If I ever go to a party she will pick me up no questions asked even if im 3 hours away from her...  When i do go out till whatever time its to bike around creekside with my friends nothing bad like drinking or smoking or anything  none of that stuff.

First time I told my mom I wanted to try backflips she took me out to the garden where theres soft soil and spotted me as I almost landed on my head a thousand times in a row. She watched my technique and gave me pointers until I had 'em down. I thought that was pretty cool.

My mom is awesome. Shes an amazing cook too.
but my parents arent the "go out and drink and smoke and call me when you need a ride" parents. they dont support me doing any of this, and i dont think parents really should.
But one day, an anti-pot commercial came on and it was funny as hell, and she was like "do you smoke pot?" and i said of course not... then she was like "do any of your friends smoke pot?" and i said nah..
then shes was like "good, just wait till college...." - now i consider that good parenting, realistic but not stupid. but i dont smoke anyway

also, my parents think the drinking age should be 18. they think college is the place where you learn to drink and handle yourself and live alone and what not, and people will drink no matter what so it may as well be legal

My mom spends every waking moment trying to take care of me and my sisters. She has to manage a lodge, deal with a divorce, pick me up from games and parties and brings me to my home mountain every weekend and picks me up weekdays from my mountain as well. Also she has to mind two younger daughters.  Everyday she is kicking me in the ass to be somebody someday. All at this time she has a bad reputation in the town we live in cause she has to make tough decisions about firing people so we can have food on the table. Since we live in a small town when somone loses a job they rant and try to make as much untrue rumors as possible to hurt my mom.She cant be sick or get hurt otherwise there is no work and she never once complains and never asks for anything in return.She is always in a good mood and gives me great advice and makes my life great. So god damn it i have the most loving caring mom anybody in any part of the universe could every fucking have.

your 13... at 13, i was just starting to go to friends house for "parties" where a bunch of guys and a bunch of girls sat around and watched a movie or something. we would also go to the movies together. on fridays, after school, we would go into town and run around town in big gangs and buy candy and frapachinos. this was also the bar mitzvah era

why in the world would your mom let your drink and smoke? even if you dont, the fact that she allows you to do it, and will even buy it for you, is terrible.

and where in the world did she come up with giving you $4000 if you dont drink or smoke by 21? how about a college education? and a car at 16? jesus.. if your poor then that doesn't make that much sense. will she be cool with you driving drunk too?

and she buys you playboys? that just weird man

steph is NOT an uncaring mother. or a rich mother.

if she goes out and buys him alcohol, if he wants it. if he has the balls to ask, it saves him from going to the village and hanging out there at night and then asking random strangers to do it, as well has having the risk of being picked up by the cops, or having to go party in the woods.  she also wants to REWARD her kid for NOT smoking which is a pretty big deal. I mean he can always lie, but whats the point of lying to your mom. and he is 13- that gives her 8 years to save up and give him 4k and she isn't obviously going to go out and buy him a BMW when he hits 16.

this means he will never have to lie to his mother, when all the kids around him will be too shy to say that they were at a party, or worry about risking the wrath that comes with it. although i agree 13 is too young to be drinking, if you had read what this kid has to say, you would have realized that he is not taking advantage of this situation, but instead working for other things in the relationship.

my mom had a ton of brothers/sisters, and was raised by only her mom when her father passed away early. shes as dope as it gets, lets me drink, and basically do whatever i want, and supports my decisions, pretty much knows i smoke, dosent care.  took a full time job to help pay for school, basically as cool of a mom as i can ever have.

my mom's pretty cool.

she's not like some of the moms on here... like, trying to be cool and stuff.
just some good examples of my mom's coolness, while still being a decent mother:

on friday, i totalled my car, she's understanding, and was more concerned about me being hurt than the car, but she's not trollin craigslist trying to get me a new rig, in fact she took my license and is pretty damn pissed. which is how it should be.

also, she'd rather me call her than drive home drunk, but that doesnt mean it's ok with her if i drink, she'll be pissed, but still help me out.

so all in all, i love my mom, i think shes ballin, but she's actually a good mom and kills it at that stuff.

my mom is so awesome, the only thing is that she is a little naive and too forgiving of me and my fuck up brothers. however, my dad is harsh enough for both of them. she knows when we have NEEDS and helps us so much, where as my dad is more the "figure it out yourself" type. everyone who meets my mom loves her, shes understanding and realistic....she doesnt try to be super cool and shit, which i think is cool. idk i could write a lot about my mom but shes one of the few people i know who is actually happy with everything almost always.

My Mommy is a chiller as well.

-She lived in a cave for 2 months in Aspen when she was my age.
-Always tells me about her old hippie stories like how she tripped acid for the first time at the concert where Pink Floyd invented the light show.
-She put me on skis as soon as I could walk
-She cried and downed a good portion of a bottle of JD when she realized her knees were too fucked up to ski the rest of last season.
-See found my bong while cleaning my room and asked me where to put it.
-She came to visit last week and hooked it up with a case of Shock Top Beer
-She moved to Snowmass so she could ski more
-All my friends always want to talk to her when they're high/fucked up.
-When my friend bailed on me for a Ziggy Marley concert, she bought an extra ticket for her boyfriend and went with me.
-I could go on all day



oh yeah, and did I mention she rips? this was two years ago when she was 53.

MTV finally put out a decent show. It's called "Worlds Stricktest Parents", and it is awesome. It takes selfish disrespectful whiny little twats and shows them the heart of being a child and the appreciation of their parents and what it feels like to help out. Both parents and teens should watch this. Maybe there still is faith to be had in the future generations of our youth.

My mom made me who I am as did my dad. I love them, don't always get along with them, and that makes her a good mom. I could care less if others think she is "cool" (whatever the fuck that means).. she is my mom and I love her, I just don't like some of the stuff she does from time to time.

My mom is the bomb! One time I was passed out drunk on the floor, and she took me up stairs and tucked me into bed. Then in the morning she made me breakfast in bed to help me out with my really bad hangover.

This other time i was WAY to fucked up to roll a J, and she rolled it for me. She always goes out and buys me pot, and beer. She will make me pot brownies whenever I want. She even bailed me out of Jail when I was trying to sell some weed to some kids and got caught. One time she even sat down and watched a porno with me.

She is totally cool with me not going to college and being a bum my whole life, blowing my entire trust fund on drugs
