Any subaru fans guys out there?

I am in now way scared of that car, in either of my cars.  I'm sure it's nice for you but not what I would want.  Vincepru has seen my cars so can back me up (well, i guess he knows of them from the car cult)

That is basically correct, however you can tone down the MAF voltage sensor significantly to compensate for the weird resonance frequency in low RPM's, which I've done. And I'm doing a very light NA build which I MIGHT autocross and I'm keeping it on the cheap side. If I wanted a WRX, I would have bought it. And intake/exhaust, cams, tune, and EL headers can go fairly far for not that much, its not unreasonable to get +40ish more hp from all this and an aggressive delta grind and supporting fuel mods (fuel pump, injectors), maybe more.

There's actually an NA RS build that put out 300 chp, on rs25.com. Sure, it would probably be much cheaper to get an WRX/STI, but 300 NA horsepower would out-torque an STI practically everywhere.

By supporting mods, I mean I have a full exhaust (or soon to be at least) and cams to complement my Gravelsport intake. Talk to any respectable tuner and ask them if a CAI/SRI does anything to increase horsepower on its own (without an exhaust setup) and they'll tell you no or barely. HP claims on intake sites are incorrect, a car's flow must be increased both in and out to change anything drastically.
