Replying to Create thread->search bar?

It seems a lot of people get upset when other dont use the search bar and it is pretty annoying to see multiple threads on the same page but I think a lot of new members dont realize its there or people forget.

My suggestion would be to have a box to check before you can click "create thread."  This box would say "have you searchbarred?" or something along those lines.   Think of it like those programs you install where you have to agree to the programs licensing..

Yes..No? Just a suggestion
