Ok, i have bought a JVC GY-HM 100 camcorder. And I have heard that a 35mm adapter is something everyone with a camcorder should have, so... Ive checked out the Letus, but is it possible to buy an adapter with a price under 500$ ?? (for my cam)

It definitely is not something that everyone needs. My view on adapters is this.
If you're going to buy an adapter, you should get a good one, not one of those cheapy ones. I think the footage that comes from them generally looks like crap and doesn't accomplish anything. You'd be way better off shooting with the stock camera. This is my opinion though, many people use the cheaper adapters and they fit their needs, just don't expect incredible looking footage from them. You get what you pay for. I personally think the money spent on an adapter could be spent much more wisely elsewhere. Adapters are over rated, but they do have their place and time.
If you just want to get one to play around and have fun with, try making one or just go for the cheaper adapter. Just don't expect it to hold up to a Letus, Redrock, shoot 35, etc.

It sounds like you have no idea what you're talking about so don't buy one.

Truth. Although I like how they make the image look even when doing a deep DOF. The glass itself adds a certain grain and feather.
Also, 35mm adapters are a complete bitch. You need follow focus, rail support, and an external monitor as a basic setup. Having these things alone is not bad at all; I prefer big cameras actually. The problem is with the way the handles on the camera were designed. They can't efficiently support a stable 35mm rig, and the camera becomes a janky nightmare in most uncontrolled scenarios. Besides, with the amount of money you spend on a quality 35mm DOF adapter, you could upgrade to a nicer camera with bigger sensors/more color space.
And I personally think the SG Pro and the Cinemek G35 are the only quality ones. I strongly dislike the Letus and Redrock, but that's just me. Every model has a different feel to it, and everybody has different preferences.
