Yet Another Park Ski Question

hey ns i was just looking for some advice on my current dilemma...
I am unsure of weather to purchase the 2010 176 dumont, 2010 moment reno jib, or the 2010 volkl wall.
I will be skiing about 40% park and want a ski that can be super dope and chill all mountain. I am gonna be charging all the time and need them to hold a solid edge and not be ripped out on rails.
Other suggestions would be appreciated. I am 5'7" btw

166 or 171 ar6 would be ideal for you. nose is nice and buttery, really stiff underfoot, and stiff in the tails which adds up to a really good all mountain flex that is still fun do to the soft tips. the 2.5 mm thick edge is super durable and the base is one of the most durable on the market as well...and you'll be supporting one, if not, the most legit brands on the market. pm me with any questions on the ar6

If you are only going to be using it 40% of the time for park, I would steer you towards something wider underfoot, like 90-100mm. I would look at the Volkl Bridge or the Liberty Hazmat. The Hazmat rips the park, but kills everything else as well. I think some of the Liberty pros actually prefer the Hazmat to the smaller park skis in the park. I think anything narrower wouldn't be all that great for all mountain charging.

I feel like I've seen this before...

I'd say Wall or Hazmat, they are really good all over the mountain and still kill it in the park.

haha, i think youre inferring about my ordeal. the ar6 is a great ski no doubt, im just not sure if it would be as fun for me than the thall. btw the thall is the same ski, just softer due to flexpoints moved closer to the binding

yeah, I think that's similar to what I told you in your first post about the AR6s (before you actually bought them). And, I don't know if you were telling me about the THall or the OP, but I know about them - I've owned two pairs.

if your only 40% park and mostly all mt. like the first post said go with the K2 extreme! and put the new schizo binding on them! the binding can move +/- 3cm mount them back for all mt then push them up for some park

what is your 'all mountain'? is it groomers and bumps? is it trees and cliffs? lots of pow? elaborate please. if you're primarily skiing groomers with a little fresh snow here and there, the extreme would work really well. if you're skiing pow, cliffs, etc, look into the kung fujas with the schizo binding. 95 underfoot with a little bit of tip and tail rocker to help it in soft snow, but still cambered underfoot so it carves really well. a lot of the k2 kids were using them on the glacier up at hood over the summer, so there's proof that it still rips as a park ski. it's designed for pretty much exactly what you're going to be using it for; a do-everything ski.

my all mountain is groomers, cliffs, steeps and the occasional 1" spring snow lol (australia)
thanks. I am leaning towards the ar6 but i thought they had really bad torchenal strength and performed shit outside the park?
