without reading any of the preceding posts or any succeeding ones, I can make this prediction with an uncomfortable degree of accuracy: most of you will put a country you've never been to or know so little about it, that your own declaration of citizenship preference for that country can only betray your own stupidity.
All you naive little pricks who have no idea how good you have it in our own country are going to obviously grow up and contribute very little to your country, only expecting your country to contribute to you in a way that defies the law of conservation of energy and mass.
Read a book and educate yourself. In the mean time:
- The USA has the world's highest GDP at 14.2 trillion. Second place is Japan with 4.9 trillion.
-California is the world's 8th largest economy in the world.

-Qatar, Luxemburg, Trinidad, Antilles, Aruba, UAE, China etc all have much higher per capita CO2 emissions than the United States
-If you want a debate on systems of government, I will give you a rigorous one (especially you JD). For now, take my word for it that the United States has the best system of government thus far.

-Black president
You can't live 1 day without using at least 20 principal inventions invented by the United States
I just don't see why the next generation, the generation the future of the state is contingent upon, is not proud to be American. We just PUBLICALLY elected a black president for fuck's sake! How could you not recognize our leadership role in the global stage? We are a titan among rodents!
Now, I'm not trying to be offensive to any other countries but lets face the objective fact here: Our country is vastly superior to yours, in almost every way, and in the facets of statehood where your country surpasses ours, we have a multitude of other facets that outweigh the single victory you hold. Thats just pure objection. No one can contest that fact. Now you can call me out for saying that, but the only reason you don't want to hear it is because you are jealous. I would like one other reason why you would not like me to declare this simple truth.
It is sheer stupidity to be so short sighted as to let the relatively brief tenure of one administration to undermine your entire sense of patriotism, especially to a country that has done so much to advance humanity and society and global politics.
Now I'm not saying we're perfect or we've reached our destination yet. But it is undeniable that we have advanced society in a positive manner from a position distantly behind to the point we are at now, to the status quo. Moreover, it is undeniable that we represent the pinnacle in progressiveness to a moderate and controlled degree. We are the most liberal state on the planet and yet we do not recklessly dive towards the left. We liberalize where appropriate and reinforce where appropriate.
In short, you might find flaws in our country, but you will be guaranteed to find more in other countries.
