ive been gettin a little more aware of what i eat. in the end it makes me more productive and healthy (no shit right?)
im not a vegan or anything, just tryin to get away from nasty shit. read the labels more often!
organic milk for me is a huge one. i started drinking it a couple years ago and now there is absolutely no way im going back to that chem shit milk.
organic veggies/fruit is another one... theyre fuckin grown, shouldnt they all be organic?
all these gross additives/substitutes as well...
high fructose corn syrup is an important one for me too. its gross when you really think about it. like... pepsi sells two kinds - regular and pepsi MAX. both same flavors only MAX doesnt have HFCS. why even put that shit in if you dont need it? it taste better without anyway.
saturated fat is nasty too. sometimes it feels great in my stomach but only when im super hungry.
they get tricky though. some foods say no sat fat but the ingredients have partially hydrogenated something... partially hydrogenated anything IS sat fat.
