It depends what you consider best.
And why do/should we care, it's not like we have any international comps where nationality actually matters. (which is good because that prevents the overly competitive attitude that plagues racing and more traditional freestyle.)

well ski team wise, ill have to go with america because lindsey vonn is unreal.

but for freeskiing, ill have to go with norway.

itd make more sense if this is about which country has the most MARKETABLE skiers. in this case the US. the top skiers are all too close to be judged better than the other. they all kill it.
