Just had a bunch of people try on the suits this weekend, and got a much better feel for some rough heights and fits of different sizes. Here is what I found-
5,9" to 6,5" - If you want baggy, get the XL.
5,2" to 5,9" - If you want baggy, get the Large.
Under 5,2" - get the Medium, unless you want CRAZY baggy, then get the large.
I know these ranges seem big, but there are a few things that allow this:
1- nice, long sleeves accommodate lots of heights and arm lengths.
2- adjustable bib pants allow bagginess of pants to vary greatly.
3- larger and taller sizing than normal (First Drop will fit bigger than most companies in the same size)
I would recommend when in doubt, go with the larger size.
